Zumba® - STREAMING

Join us for a “feel good” dance workout
Zumba® is perfect for everybody and every body! Each class is designed to bring people together and allows you to explore fun dance steps, enjoy a music-lead workout, and choose your own level. This class provides a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, to provide you with boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Join our dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music with simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience! The workout is designed to watch and follow. The moves are repeated and build upon themselves. It's fun and effective, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms.
Students can be as young as 8 when accompanied by an adult. Must be 12 to attend solo.
THIS IS A STREAMED CLASS - Your zoom meeting link will be emailed to you 5-10 minutes before the start of class and you'll join us on-screen. In order to keep you safe, make sure to have a video-enabled device to use for class. You will see and hear us and we will see and hear you, just like when you're in the room.
What to wear and have available?
- Comfortable clothing that is easy to move in
- Clean, indoor dance shoes, sneakers that support dance movement: cross trainers, dance/fitness shoes, or even running shoes with worn treads to avoid excessive friction while dancing
- Water bottle
- A sense of adventure and fun
